2021 is shaping up to be the hottest year off the tee! At the Links Golf Lab, we will be stocking 5 of the fastest and most forgiving drivers for this season. Once again we have committed to fitting Ping, Mizuno, Callaway, Titleist and this year we have introduced to our Lab, Taylormade. As an independent custom fitting centre we have no brand loyalty, so our clients will be fitted with the best driver for their game. Online Coaching
Online Coaching
Our online coaching platform allows us to deliver additional services and support for our clients. Firstly it compliments our face to face service and acts as a support lesson or follow up if you are on one of our plans, and secondly if you are unable to get to the Links Golf Lab in person it is an excellent tool for you to keep working on your game remotely.
All that is required to take advantage of our online service is for you to set up CoachNow account and send us 4 videos of your swing

What's included with each online swing lesson?
Comparison Analysis Video - A detailed video analysis of your swing using the CoachNow APP. This video will explain desired changes vs a tour player or your coach.
Facetime video lesson - A video call with your coach to go over and explain the changes needed to make within your swing and for your coach to demonstrate these exact changes. You will be given drills to do at home or on the range to help implement the technique adjustments.

Comparison Analysis Video - A detailed video analysis of your putting stroke using the CoachNow APP. This video will explain desired changes vs a tour player or you coach.
Personalised Live Video - A personalised video of your coach explaining and demonstrating the exact changes to be made and how to implement them.
Drill / Practice Videos - Video drills that may help integrate changes and / or monitor practice performance.
Facetime Call – Once you receive your videos, after a week you will arrange a follow up facetime call to discuss how the changes are feeling and to discuss a plan for progression in the future.

What we need from you?
Contact your coach – Contact your coach via email to set up a CoachNow APP. This will allow you to send through your videos to you coach.

5 Step Quintic Putter Fitting at the Links Golf Lab

Being correctly fitted for a new putter has never been easier. After the fitting, you will have a much better understanding of how to improve your putting game and leave with a recommended putter to suit your putting game.
When you get fitted with for a putter with us you will be fitted using the Quintic Ball Roll’s 5 step fitting process. This looks at gaining consistency in Face Rotation, Face Aim, Ball Speed, Launch and Point of True Roll. To achieve this we will look at what specifications of the putter is most suited to you. We will test loft, length, lie, grip, neck and head design, swing and head weight and more.
Here at the Links Golf Lab we are totally independent in which brands we stock and sell when performing your putting fitting. The key information you get with a putter fitting with, our Quintic Ball Roll accredited coach, Jonny is accurate ball data through Quintic Ball Roll. There is no guessing what the ball is doing, through Quintic's most advanced camera as it captures 1080 frames per second. We can accurately fit all the specifications for your custom-built putter to you.

Performance Plans for 2021
Both Richard and Jonny will be offering a comprehensive lesson plan approach for 2021. These 3-month plans will be customised to your own individual games with strategies and targets set from the start. There are two plans available, one exclusively for putting and the other a more holistic approach to your overall game. Depending on the plan chosen there will be various levels of support given between lessons. If you are interested in improving your game there will be just 10 plans made available by each coach so you will have to act quickly.
