At the Links Golf Lab we have a PGA qualified, friendly team that can help with all aspects of your game. We work together to provide holistic plans for your game, based on the crucial data collected from our launch monitors and our high speed cameras, as well as observations when on the course or range.

John Sharkey

Our PGA  Head Professional, John Sharkey, brings 45 years of coaching and club fitting knowledge and  experience to the Links Golf Lab.

As a Class A member of the PGA John is committed totally in delivering the best services possible to all golfers. His Professional journey began in 1977 at Rushmere GC in Ipswich before moving to The Gog Magog GC, Cambridge where he gained his PGA qualifications. He was also Head Professional at March GC and Girton GC, Cambridge before joining the The Links GC in 1991.

Jonny Sharkey

Jonny is our Senior PGA Professional and specialist putting coach. He has become one of only 7 Quintic Ball Roll Level 2 accredited instructors in the UK, gaining a reputation for his putting coaching in the East Anglia region. He works with all levels of golfers from professionals to beginner golfers and is also putting coach for the Cambridgeshire Area Golf Union.

With his specialist knowledge in coaching and qualifications combined, he is in the best position to guide you on your journey to becoming a outstanding putter.
